It’s Monday and school exams are coming up, and I’m totally stressing out. If you have any tests, Projects Etc. Here're some tips you could use to help yourself study and prepare! Remember to take deep breaths and drink tons of water!

  • Regular Sleeping Habits
{Wake up at 6 Am, Sleep at 10 Pm}


  • Limit Distractions
{Log off and go to the library}


  • Socialize
{Study with some Friends}


  • Exercise & Have a Healthy Diet
{keep yourself Healthy and get some stress Relief}


  • Lastly (My favorite) Take A Break!
{Watch your fave TV Show or Eat some snack}
